Cooking Instructions
Thaw completely- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove flank, reserving liquid. Grill or broil to a minimum internal temperature of 145F for rare and 160F for medium well. Remove meat from grill and let rest. Slice meat very thin against the grain of the meat. If desired, place reserved marinade in small sauce pan and bring to a boil and reduce slightly. Serve over meat. Serve with a garden salad.
