Description:

Six boneless, skinless chicken breasts dipped not once but twice in buttermilk and a crunchy crumb topping. After baking them in the oven, they will be crispy on the outside but moist and juicy on the inside. You won't be able to get enough of this one!   Serve with your favorite fresh vegetable (not provided).

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam and place in oven for 5 minutes. Add chicken 1 piece at a time to buttermilk and then dunk in topping.  REPEAT so each piece is dunked twice. Place on hot cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.Turn chicken, and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes minutes or until done and internal temperature reaches 165F.   Serve with your favorite fresh vegetable (not provided).
