Cooking Instructions
Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam and place in oven for 5 minutes. Add chicken 1 piece at a time to buttermilk and then dunk in topping. REPEAT so each piece is dunked twice. Place on hot cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.Turn chicken, and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes minutes or until done and internal temperature reaches 165F. Serve with your favorite fresh vegetable (not provided).
