Cooking Instructions
Thaw completely. Cook linguini in boiling water 9-11 minutes to desired doneness. Meanwhile, spray saute pan with PAM add beef, season with salt and pepper and cook beef until no longer pink. Remove from pan. In same pan, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil; cook vegetables 6-8 minutes or until tender crisp. Add browned beef back to pan along with bag of diced tomatoes. Simmer on low about 30 minutes. Serve over linguini.
