Cooking Instructions
Thaw completely. Add 2 TBS olive oil and 2 TBS butter to a medium skillet and heat over medium heat. While heating, coat chicken in flour mixture. Add coated chicken to pan, brown evenly on both sides. Add contents of caper/broth bag and 1 Tablespoon butter to pan. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Slice lemon (if desired - not provided) and place over chicken. Simmer for one minute. Serve over angel hair or your favorite pasta (not provided).
