Description:

Everyone will love this pork tenderloin that is first rubbed with olive oil, garlic, fennel, and then rolled in a blend of bread crumbs, italian seasonings, parmesan cheese and a pinch of rosemary.  Served with cornbread.

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Roll pork in breadcrumbs on a plate.  Place in foil lined pan and spray top of pork with PAM.  Bake uncovered 3-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. For Cornbread - follow instructions provided.
