Description:

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinated in a simple, creamy sauce accented with thyme and tarragon make this stovetop dish magnifique!  

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely. Spray frying pan with PAM. Remove meat from marinade and reserve. Place meat in pan. Cook on medium heat for 8-9 minutes. Turn over. Add marinade and 1/3 cup of water to pan. Cover. Bring to a low boil and cook for an additional 8-9 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.  Serve over rice.
